The Team
Sara Taylor, our senior physiotherapist, studied at Salford University and has been a chartered physiotherapist for over 20 years. She has worked as a senior clinician in a number of hospitals, both NHS and private. Sara now oversees the training and professional development of all the physio's on the team and assists with particularly difficult cases and conditions. As well as the working on the business and being the busy mother of two children Sara loves reading, playing netball and spending time outdoors either running, cycling or weekend walks with the family.
Matt Taylor, the practice manager, is also a qualified hypnotherapist and shares his time between managing the practice and seeing clients at his personal development and hypnotherapy clinic. Matt studied Microbiology at Machester Uni and then went on to work as a minister of a church before setting up the physio practice with Sara. He is an avid motorsport fan and can often be found working on his 1986 Renault Alpine sports car (which needs working on regularly!) and occaisionally driving it too; especially during the warmer months and particularly when pestered to do so by the kids who love to come along for the ride.
Richard Worrall completed his Masters in Physiotherapy at Northumbria University having done a research project on the provision of injury support in professional rugby. He has previously worked in private physio clinics, sports injury clinics and numerous sports clubs including Rangers Football Club, Glasgow, cycling and rugby clubs. A keen sportsman himself, Richard was Captain of his University Rugby 1st XV and was part of Nottingham's County Cricket youth squad. Richard is also a qualified sports massage therapist.
Sue Custerson is the practice administrator and will, most likely, be the person you speak when you call. Sue is a local resident of Abbots Ripton and mum of two. She is responsible for keeping many aspects of the practice running smoothly, thanks to her organisational skills, and preventing the paperwork from becoming overwhelming!. You'll be assured of a warm welcomeand friendly smile when you arrive
