The Team

Sara Taylor
Sara, our lead physiotherapist, studied at Salford Uni and has been a chartered physio for over 25 years. She has worked as a senior clinician in a number of hospitals, both NHS and private. As well as treating clients, Sara now oversees the training and development of all the physio's on the team and assists with particularly difficult cases. She recently became a member of the International Fascia Research Society and has spent a lot of effort and time studying fascia, a type of connective tissue that is an integral part of our structure; while doing this, she has developed a particular interest in lumbo-pelvic function. She has also recently attended a number of training courses with Joanne Elphinston, learning more about movement patterns and how to treat long-term musculoskeletal problems in innovative ways. Outside running the clinic, she is the mother of two adult children (always busy there!), loves reading, and spending time outdoors, either cycling or weekend walks with the family.
